Complaints procedure
We are happy to help you purchase hearing aids and accessories. But it may be that something went wrong. Perhaps you have a complaint about Struijk Online or about your order. We find that very annoying. We therefore want to help you quickly and solve the problem.
How can you file a complaint?
- Complete the complaint form below
- Call us on 085-4019461 (from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Send your complaint by email to customerservice@struijk-online.nl
- Of course, you can also do this by post. Address your letter to:

How do we resolve your complaint?
- We would like to hear from you about the complaint. You can submit your details and story via the complaints form. Would you rather pick up the phone or send an email? No problem!
- We take your complaint seriously and will look for the best solution. We will of course try to respond as quickly as possible. In any case, you will receive a substantive message within 14 days.
- Together we will find a good solution. Of course we stick to the agreements made. We also use your situation and complaint to prevent this in the future as much as possible.
We hope it is not necessary, but we will submit it to you anyway. If you are not satisfied with the solution and handling of your complaint, you can submit the situation to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk for mediation. They will investigate your complaint and help you resolve the problem.
