Compared to regular earplugs, custom earplugs are fitted exactly to the shape of your ears. Both ordering and measuring are easy. Below we briefly explain the steps involved:

Step 1: Order custom earplugs online

Ordering your custom earplugs is easy online. Choose the color, filter and other extra options, so that the earplugs perfectly match your hearing needs. After you have chosen and paid for the earplugs, you will receive an order confirmation email. The relevant hearing care professional will then contact you within two working days to make an appointment.

Important: Take your confirmation email with you to the appointment.

Step 2: Have earplugs fitted

At the time of the appointment you made, you report to the relevant store with the order confirmation email. This is where the hearing care professional will measure your earplugs. To do this, the hearing care professional looks into the ear with an otoscope. When everything is clean, a cotton ball will be placed in your ear to protect the eardrum. The hearing care professional then applies silicone material to your ear. After a few minutes the material has dried and the impression of your ear has been made.

Step 3: Have earplugs made

The previously made impression is used to ensure the custom earplugs fit perfectly. The hearing care professional will proceed with the order and after approximately two weeks you can pick up the earplugs in our store. You will receive a message about this.
